Our vision for this scheme is as follows:
Delivering positive change: Creating vibrancy at this cleared site through a mixed-use development that realises economic, social and environmental regeneration benefits to Trongate South.
Realising the potential of surrounding streets: Introducing new public-facing uses to animate the street-scape of Old Wynd and Osborne Street, improving existing characteristics and appealing to residents and visitors.
Character and context: Positively responding through high-quality sustainable densification to the site’s changing urban scale, the surrounding heritage and townscape and the local mix of uses.
Supporting the growth of Glasgow’s Universities: Providing well-located, high-quality, professionally-managed and purpose-built student accommodation that will help address Glasgow’s need for homes for the city’s students.
Local Relationships: Employing best-in-class on-site management to realise a development that relates comfortably and cohesively to the local area and community.
